According to a poll we ran from June 2001 to June 2002 about 55% of the visitors of this site had negative views of pigeons, 35% had positive views and 10% did not have an opinion on them.

In a separate poll we came across (sent to us by a Greek friend of our site), 62,2% of the readers of the 'Athens' Voice' newspaper think of pigeons as "rats of the sky" while only 37,8% think of them as the "pigeons of peace".
